Description
This training course meets the requirements by TCEQ. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is a course designed to give employers and employees information on specific types of PPE. This a head to toe look at PPE and will cover the following:
- Eye protection
- Hearing protection
- Face and head protection
- Workshop: "Conducting a PPE Hazard Assessment"
- Hands, arms, body and feet
- Choosing the correct PPE for the task
Tool Safety Includes:
- Electric and pneumatic tools
- Tool inspections
- Power tools and their hazards
- Machine guarding
