New Version 7.0 - PACP is a two-day class that includes the certification exam at the conclusion of the class. Certification is granted by NASSCO. Provides PDH credit (Professional Development Hour) and/or CEUs for Professional Engineers. Upon completion – 16-hour PACP Certificate of Completion Card issued by NASSCO. Course cost includes $330 NASSCO manual. Class cost subject to increase after January 2017.
The goal of an effective collection system inspection program should be to continually improve the performance of the operation and maintenance, and reduce the number of sanitary sewer overflows, customer complaints, and service interruptions. Rod’s approach is “every pipe needs a plan.”

- Introduction to NASSCO and PACP
- Sewer Coding System
- Identifying pipe structural defects (type, clock position, length, distance of displacement, percent cross sectional reduction)
- Identifying maintenance related defects (roots, debris)
- Construction features (taps, sags, pipe material changes)
